1. Service Description

ParlayLab provides an AI-powered parlay builder, betting research, and analytics tools. ParlayLab is not a sportsbook, does not accept wagers, and does not facilitate betting transactions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old in most U.S. states or the legal betting age in your jurisdiction to use ParlayLab. You are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations regarding sports betting and related activities.

3. Account Terms

You may create only one account per person. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

Premium access is offered at $9.99 per month and is processed by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel at any time via the billing portal in your account settings.

5. Free Trial

ParlayLab may offer a 7-day free trial. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless canceled before the trial expires.

6. Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds for partial billing periods. You must cancel before the renewal date to avoid future charges.

7. Affiliate Disclaimer

ParlayLab includes affiliate links to Stake.com. If you use these links, ParlayLab may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

ParlayLab provides informational content only and does not provide financial, legal, or gambling advice. No results or profits are guaranteed, and you are solely responsible for your betting decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParlayLab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

10. Intellectual Property

The ParlayLab service, software, and content are owned by ParlayLab and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason, with or without notice.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
